Our work is spontaneous and reactionary, especially within the context of our surroundings. This has been the underlying vision of Project Holo and will continue in that vein, as a collection of objects (mainly furniture) that respond to the place, energy, people and time of inception. Early in 2009, Project Holo focused on a new type of inspiration. Berlin. Drawn to it’s rich urban landscape, modernest buildings and thriving sub cultures, the city seemed a perfect paradox to a purist natural context of the year before. Both ‘Berlin Box’ (2009) and ‘Strato’ (2009) draw from the city both literal and metaphorical references. Each belie strong architectural cues in both structure and aesthetic -  a model of modernest vernacular.
